The Catfish competition was not quite what we were hoping for .
There were 5 hooked and lost, but none landed. On the bright side it means the voucher for £50 to be spent in Fatfish tackle stays in my pocket!
I thought that I would give this prize to the angler who catches the most Catfish by the end of October(highest cumulative weight). At the moment Pat Isaacs is leading. So its all to play for. I will also give the Catfish Challenge Sheild to the winner and Andy Reynolds from Fatfish will give £25 worth of particle to the winner.
On the Carp front news ,I hope those that fished this week send in their reports because I know we had quite a few more thirties out, one or two maybe new captures, this could bring the total of DIFFERENT Thirty pound plus carp to 65.
